Lyv Realty was formed by twenty-three year Real Estate agent and associate broker, Candice Pagliarulo Hodgson. Candice spent most of her career at Century 21 North East, and formed Lyv in 2020 after placing #1 in the company out of more than 850 agents. Lyv was formed with purpose. To take proven, data and technology-backed processes, work ethic and performance and share that with a select group of agents that can service the community with the highest possible standards.
