MACV Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans

Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that provides homeless veterans, or those at risk of being homeless, and their families with housing assistance and a network of supportive organizations to alleviate the obstacles and provide security for the future. We are dedicated to ending veteran homelessness in Minnesota by building a unified system of resources and relationships driven by our passion to give back to those who served us first. In the past 3 years, MACV has responded to have 10,000 request for support in housing Minnesota Veterans. TRANSITIONAL HOUSING Some of the homeless veterans MACV serves are placed into its transitional housing program. The Transitional Housing program is designed to provide housing and appropriate support services to homeless persons to facilitate movement to independent living within 24 months.
