Owned by Greg Kendig, Francisco Ramirez and Gary McVaugh, our vision is to Insanely combine the culinary arts and craft brewing to deliver high quality craft brewed beer and upscale pub food in a relaxing environment. Francisco is a graduate of the CIA in Hyde Park, New York and he also has a B.S. Degree in Finance. He has a gift for flavors and balance that has translated directly into his mastery of brewing. Greg is graduate of Penn State and Elizabethtown College. With over 27 years of experience in both manufacturing and logistics, his business background is a perfect compliment to Franciscos culinary experience.
