Madison Capitols Hockey Club (USHL)

Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter @MadCapsHockey! The USHL is the premier development league for the worlds top juniorage hockey players to prepare for NCAA Division 1 hockey and the NHL. In the 2014 NHL Draft, a total of 51 USHL players were selected. The league currently consists of 17 teams in nine different states across the Midwest, the newest being right here in Madison, WI. The Madison Capitols play 30 home games per season in front of thousands of fans at Bob Suters Capitol Ice Arena in Middleton. The organization ranked in the top five of attendance for the inaugural 2014-2015 season. The Capitols ownership group is led by former University of Wisconsin and current NHL star defenseman, Ryan Suter. He has also represented team USA in two Winter Olympics and was a member of the 2012 NHL All-Star Team.
