MAGNA consulting is led by Ella Tkach - Dreazen, who brings more than 15 years of experience at the highest levels of government as part of the Israeli intelligence community and Foreign Service. Ella served at the UN as a Middle East Affairs Advisor and the Chief of Staff for Israeli Ambassador Ron Prosor, where she spearheaded top decision-making processes and played a crucial role in shaping Israels bilateral and multilateral policies.
