What started with a wild idea back in 1998 has turned into San Antonios favorite spot for breakfast. In early 2000 we started looking for a small spot to open a little place where we could focus on (with all respect to Frank Sinatra) doing it our way. We found a great little spot that had everything we needed and off to the races we went. On September 19, 2000 The Magnolia Pancake Haus opened its doors for business. A menu that reflected our numerous years in the business built around a recipe for The Worlds Best buttermilk pancakes and items as unique as you might find anywhere you travel became the new standard for breakfast in San Antonio. Over the years many folks have asked us what the secret is to those wonderful pancakes and breakfast we serve.
