Manav Vikas Sansthan

Manav Vikas Sansthan (MVS) is a non-government, secular, non-political voluntary organization, which was established in the year 1996 in the Kotdhar region (backward and remote hilly terrain surrounded by Gobind Sagar Lake) of Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh. The organization has dedicated itself to improving the quality of life of the local people and its environment. MVS operates from Kalol village, which is located at a distance of 20 km and 52 km from Jhandutta (Block Development Office) and Bilaspur (District headquarter) respectively. It is actively working in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Haryana for women empowerment and youth employment in the area of Sustainable Agriculture Livelihood, Livelihood through Animal husbandry, and Watershed development with the support of NABARD, ITC, ACC, and concerned line departments of Govt.
