Manchester Chinese Business Society

Manchester Chinese Business Society (MCBS), founded in 2014, is a unique business-themed multicultural student society with the majority of its members Chinese in Greater Manchester. It aims to provide young elites with a platform for communications as well as employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. The society is registered with the University of Manchester Students Union and is guided and supervised by the university. Since its foundation, MCBS has been proceeding from the concerns of students and has always been putting China and Britains interests first. The society has also formed close partnerships with government departments, research institutes, social organisations and large multinational enterprises, such as Department for International Trade, Manchester City Council, Liverpool City Council, Manchester China Institute, Manchester China Forum, China-Britain Technology and Trade Association, KPMG, RBS and Beijing Construction Engineering Group.
