Manchester Industries was founded in 1978 in Richmond Virginia as a recycled paperboard mill. Our first sheeter was purchased in 1981 and the future direction of the company was determined. Since that time Manchester has grown to become one of the leading converting facilities in the country with five shipping locations from coast to coast.
