About Mandl Mandl School Alumni Mandl School, The College of Allied Health in New York City offers training in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Health Care Administration, Medical Assisting, Respiratory Therapy and Surgical Technology fields in New York State, including Certificate programs in Dental Assistant and Medical Assisting.
