The Manolo Gelato took birth on June 16, 2007; its a Scandinavian Brand which introduced Real fruits Gelato 1st time in Pakistan. Gelato is an Italian word used for soft ice creams and frozen desserts. The history of Gelato goes back to frozen desserts which were served in ancient Rome and Egypt; where it was made with the help of ice and snow brought down from mountain tops and preserved below ground. Two types of Gelatos are commonly eaten worldwide; Milk gelato and Sorbet Gelato. Milk Gelato is made with milk and almost no cream yet it has a very creamy taste, mainly because unlike ice-creams it contains no air at all. Milk gelato falls somewhere between the category of ice-cream and soft-serve. Whereas Sorbet Gelato is a frozen dessert which is made from fruits, herb flavors and contains no milk which makes it light in texture.
