ManTech (NeXolve)

NeXolve is a wholly owned subsidiary of ManTech International Corporation. NeXolves roots go back to SRS Technologies. In 1970, SRS Technologies was formed as a small business in Newport Beach, CA, by Mr. Sandy Sandhu and some colleagues. The first satellite office was opened in Huntsville, AL in 1979 and started with a Missile Defense contract. The Huntsville business unit of SRS became known as the Systems Technology Group. During an internal reorganization within SRS, the units were all redesignated as divisions and the Systems Technology Group became the Systems Solutions Division. In 2007, SRS Technologies was acquired by ManTech International Corporation. In May 2007, SRS Technologies became ManTech SRS Technologies. After some internal reorganizations/realignments, Systems Solution Division was moved from ManTech SRS to ManTech Defense Systems Group, effective 1 Jan 2009.
