Founded in 1992 in Paris by Mario Cucinella, MCA - Mario Cucinella Architects includes more than 100 professionals based in Bologna and Milan. MCA specialises in architectural design that integrates environmental and energy strategies, thanks also to its in-house R&D unit which analyses trends in the property sector, with a focus on sustainability. From the creative phase to the construction on site, MCA develops the entire design process in-house using BIM methodology, which allows an integrated dialogue of skills, sensitivities, and optimizes the flow of information to avoid data loss, throughout all stages of the project. The firm has completed projects in Europe, China, Africa, Middle East and South America.
