Marks journey in real estate began at the age of 18 with his first property investment in Belmont and then moved into the industry in 1986 where he specialised in sales and property management for investment properties. Selling his business one month before the recession Australia had to have which struck in October 1989, Mark then spent two and a half years backpacking around the world, at this same time producing a movie of his travels. Returning to Perth Mark set himself back up in the real estate industry. Over the next 30 plus years Mark helped thousands of everyday investors create millions of dollars in passive income streams to assist in wealth creation and their retirement.
