Maruchan Ajinomoto India Pvt. Ltd

Ajinomoto Co., Inc. (Ajinomoto Co) and Toyo Suisan Kaisha, Ltd. (Toyo suisan) signed a joint venture agreement on 31st March 2014 to establish instant noodle business company in India. The parties plan to apply for incorporation and establish a new company in India. Maruchan Ajinomoto India Private Limited is privately incorporated on 03 December 2014. It is classified as Non-Govt Company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Chennai. A new joint venture between Ajinomoto Co., Inc. and Toyo suisan Kaisha Ltd. will establish instant noodle businesses in India. The JV agreement signed on 31st March 2014, will allow both parties to apply for incorporation. In the contrast, Toyo Suisan Kaisha, Ltd., a producer of instant noodles in Japan and owner of the brand Maruchan, will support product development/Production, and Ajinomoto Co., Inc. will handle marketing (product planning/sales)
