Maryland Community Connection

Maryland Community Connection (MCC) is a non-profit 501(c) (3) with the mission of assisting children and adults with developmental disabilities to achieve a greater degree of social and economic independence. Established in 2001, MCC was founded by Andre Coates and Kimblyn Snyder, both of whom have loved ones with disabilities. MCC supports individuals with developmental disabilities by providing opportunities to be more deeply connected to the community through employment and recreation activities. MCC provides Family & Individual Support Services (FISS), Supported Employment (SE), Low Intensity Support Services (LISS), & Community Supported Living Arrangements (CSLA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities. MCC provides services including employment training and placement, economic assistance, and social activities.
