Who We Are At MasFajitas, we take great pride in preparing from scratch our Salsas, Guacamole, Beans, Pico de Gallo, Shredded Chicken, Ground Beef, Soup and much more. We also locally source our ingredients and produce (when available). The history of MasFajitas started over 20 years ago when brothers, Albert and Mario Sorto Learned at their uncles restaurant in Houston many of the great recipes we serve today. They took their knowledge and hard work to open the first MasFajitas location in Caldwell in 1997. Times have come and gone, Caldwell is the towns favorite place to go and its expansion took place to accommodate the increase in business. Taylor MasFajitas was born in 2005 and Round Rock joined the team in 2011, Georgetown in 2016 and Killeen in 2017.
