The Educational, Research and Treatment Center for Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Diseases of Dr. Masih Deneshvari was established in 1941 AH by the efforts of Mirza Ali Asghar Khan Aminol Sultan in the northernmost part of Tehran that year (former Shah Abad and present Dar Abad) and on the recommendation of French doctors Mozaffaruddin Shah who was suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis at that time.
