Massie & Company

In the late 1980s, Massie & Company LLC was founded by Charles Massie, Rick Massie and Mike Partington. At the time, the companys main focus was commercial development in the Sacramento, CA region. In 2017, Ryan Massie and Jeremy Bangs joined Rick Massie as Massie & Company partners. This milestone marked our familys third generation emergence into leadership. Since our origin in 1988, Massie & Company has expanded into many different regions, including Californias Central Valley, Nevada, Idaho, Texas, Tennessee, Florida and Utah doing commercial construction work, as well as property management and investing. We now hold acquisitions of existing assets, retain internally and externally owned properties under our Property Management department, and multiply our general contractor license to regions such as in California, Nevada, Utah & Idaho.
