With a total of 8.500 members and about 619.000 dairy and 20.000 beef cows, MASTERRIND has the largest herd book population in Germany and the second largest worldwide. The Holstein cows produce an average of 9.500 kg milk per annum. MASTERRIND has the most modern A.I centres in Holstein breeding with registered offices in Verden, Bad Zwischenahn and Meien. Round about 800.000 first services are carried out annually on our member farms. 3.1 million doses of semen are sold at the same time period of which about one million doses are exported to more than 30 countries worldwide.
