MATE-FIN was funded in 1992 by a group of specialists from the Atomic Physics Institute Bucharest-Magurele. Having over 20 years of experience in nuclear electronics and high technology equipment, the first activity was service and consultance in the nuclear field. We have performed service, installations, up-grade and various adaptations for a wide variety of nuclear and medical equipment. In 1994, MATE-FIN has become the exclusive representative in Romania for OXFORD Instruments, Inc., Nuclear Measurement Group USA, one of the most powerful manufacturers in the nuclear field at that time. The development of our activity lead to becoming the representative in Romania for many other manufacturers, both in the nuclear and medical field. At this moment, MATE-FIN represents solely in Romania many manufacturers of nuclear and medical equipment, offering for our customers a wide variety of equipment.
