Mission of Matthew 25 Health and Care: We are inspired by the Gospel to provide free primary healthcare services to uninsured, low-income residents in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio. Matthew 25 is the only full-time safety-net organization in Allen County offering medical, dental, vision and mental health services at no cost to our patients. We serve a 15 county radius and provide over 25,000 visits annually to the most vulnerable in our community.
