We are a young start-up from Cologne and bring companies and talents from the MINT sector together by connecting everyday university life with the working world. Our offer for companies: Direct recruitment of STEM graduates. Sustainable positioning with young talent. Thanks to our constantly growing pool of engineers and scientists, we are able to offer customized recruiting solutions. Our pay-as-you-go model, which only incurs costs if a placement is successful, means that our offering is completely risk-free for companies. To address the growing problem of a shortage of skilled workers in Germany, we have also launched the Max Academy project. This e-learning platform, which is free of charge for students, has the aim of countering the high dropout rates in STEM courses. By creating a company profile, we offer companies the opportunity to act as sponsors and position themselves sustainably among young STEM talents as supporters of free education
