It was incorporated in Feb 2007 as a exclusive Co-packer for the Colour Cosmetics Division of Hindustan Unilever at Haridwar. In 2014, Maxima Solutions existed from this exclusive Co-packaging arrangement with Hindustan Unilever. In 2013 Maxima Solutions started its manufacturing operations at Assangaon, District Thane, Maharashtra and in 2015 at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.
