MBF Aluminium is one of the leading European specialists in high pressure die-casting, machining and assem bling of aluminium part in large series for automotive industry up to 10 kg. It supplies most of the machined and assembled components of the powertrain. Created as general mechanics workshop in Saint Claude (Jura) in 1941, the Plan dAcier plant becomes an aluminium de-casting foundry in 1948. The company today occupies a building area of 31.600 sqm and employs 284 people in its two plants of Plan dAcier and Etables. It counts about 40 High Pressure Die Casting Machines and on 46 CNC machining centers. It produces an average of 4 million pieces a year. With its development team of engineers and technicians, MBF Aluminum ensures the development of parts, from the customers specifications to the finished product.
