Founded in 1937 by Jack McNaughton and soon joined by his two brothers Max and Noel, McNaughton Windows and Doors quickly became a leader of New Zealands timber window and door market. Through the years, the philosophy has remained constant. Use the best people and equipment to create the best products, and create the systems to create the best service. With that McNaughtons soon became the largest exterior window and door manufacturers in New Zealand and have not let up. The growth of McNaughtons was rapid and initially was on the back of winning timber window and door manufacturing contracts for Maori Affairs and State housing projects.
