McNeal Insurance Agency was founded in Warner Robins, GA in 1968 by Larry McNeal. Through acquisitions made in 1979, Jimmy Walker partnered with McNeal Insurance Agency and a second location in Byron, GA was established. Jimmy became President and CEO in 1992. Under his leadership, McNeal Insurance Agency became one of the largest Independent Insurance Agencies in Middle Georgia. In 2016, McNeal Insurance Agency merged with PointeNorth Insurance Group in order to have access to an even broader range of products and services. PointeNorth is a locally owned Independent Insurance Agency that has locations in Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina.
