M&Co is one of the largest, privately-owned fashion retailers in the UK and has been selling quality clothing for over 50 years. Originally a small family business of only 6 shops in Glasgow owned by the McGeoch family in the 1960s, M&Co, as we are now known, has more than 260 stores nationwide. Youll find us on local high streets across the UK, from the Shetland Isles in the most northerly part of Scotland to Penzance on the edge of the south west coast of England. We currently employ more than 3,900 staff, with 3,500 of those based in-store and the remainder in our Inchinnan Head Office (beside Glasgow Airport) and our London Buying Office. Astonishingly, almost a quarter of our staff have been with us for more than 10 years, with some outstanding individuals having worked in the company for more than 30 years.
