MCX Training & Development works on a retainer for 12 Skillnet Training Networks acting as mentor, external evaluator and/or project advisor. Michael also develops applications for EU and Skillnet Grant aid. MCX is a FETAC & FAS registered organisationa and provides programmes in Train the Trainer, Supervisory Management Skills, Team Building, Facilitation Skills and Maximising Meetings. MCX also provides a range of services to FETAC QA Centres such as external evaluation, external authentication, programme development and facilitates the South East FETAC Forum. MCX also provides a service to individual trainers who wish to be deliver FETAC courses
