Our mission is to support the independence and well-being of seniors across San Diego County. Our nutritionist-certified meals are hand-delivered by an organized network of dedicated volunteers. The services we offer extend beyond the meals, however: volunteers also provide moments of human connection and vital safety checks to each senior, many of whom are isolated and may not see another person all day. We also deliver pet food for our seniors dog and cat companions, so everyone is happy, healthy and well-fed!
