MeasureUp is the fastest, safest, way to assess whats going on on the inside using the worlds most advanced scanning technology; Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA). DEXA assesses bone mineral density and the bodys soft tissue composition (muscle and fat mass) with 99% accuracy. Using these measurements we can determine your total body fat percentage, changes in regional body composition and even determine your risk of Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease. We also use the results from the DEXA to estimate your resting metabolic rate, which takes the guess work out of losing or gaining weight!
