Media Chicas is an organization with the mission of bridging the gender digital divide by empowering women and working as a hybrid through training in technology and data science, development of soft skills and promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit. The organization was born in 2015 with a year-over-year growth that allowed us to train more than 3000 women, provide opportunities, generate an ecosystem and continue designing various training programs providing knowledge in technologies, events development such as innovation laboratories / hackathons / datacamp / exhibitions that allow women to network as a network and undertake technology-based activities, in addition to participating in research and designing campaigns.
