Medicos Aid Society is a student-based, non-political, welfare organization of Rawalpindi Medical University, organized in the name of selflessness, devotion and service. It was founded on 28th April, 1983 by Dr. Amir Sherwani, Dr. Babar Alam, and his devoted fellows, with the aim of providing blood for thalassemic children. Since then, its members are actively and positively working for the poor and suffering humanity and doing all possible efforts to uplift the moral values of the sufferers by providing blood, medication and financial support.
