MedMatch Network

MedMatch Network is a cloud-based, AI-enabled, SaaS platform providing an end-to-end solution for provider-patient engagement while empowering patients with access to unified health data and a marketplace of digital health applications to improve health care access, delivery, and equity. The open registration platform invites providers to create and verify their credentials and publish their practice profile and availability. Providers can connect with existing colleagues or engage with new ones to create their own vetted network. Providers co-manage patients, make and track referrals, share valuable information with other providers in their prequalified network.
