MEI System Inc.

Founded in 1985 in Italy, from the very beginning Meisystem Inc. has been in the business of developing CNC machines of the highest quality. In the 1990s, MEI entered the optical market with the introduction of the sunglass lens edger Sphera, which reached every large producer of sunglasses across the globe. Through a process of continuous collaboration with its clients, MEI developed a series of further models that brought it to eventually dominate the lens cutter industry. MEIs main headquarter is located in Ponte San Pietro, Italy. To be able to better serve its clients located all over the world, MEI opened its first subsidiary in the USA, based in Chicago, Illinois. Later on, Meisystem Asia was established in Hong Kong and Meisystem do Brazil was established in Sao Paulo.
