Jerry founded Merchant Bancard Network which was incorporated in 1991as MBN National Inc. Under his leadership, MBN placed over 35,000 merchants before selling in 1998. He also co-founded Nobel Electronic Transfer in 1995 and served on its board of directors. Nobel is still a viable and profitable company today.
