Meridian Microfinance Bank Limited was incorporated on December 4, 2007 by the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja with the registration number RC 721219 and licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria via certificate number 00099 dated 6th March, 2008 to carry on the business of Microfinance Banking as a Unit Microfinance Bank . We commenced operations in April 1, 2008 at 6 Buba Marwa Road, Satellite-Town, Lagos. Our current registered Head Office is located at 375 Old Ojo Road, by Fin-Niger Bus-stop, Satellite Town, Lagos (Meridian Plaza) Since 2008, we have served over 10,000 clients (including Schools) in our community and worked in partnership with religious organizations, Co-operatives, various community and interest groups to provide services for their members and we aim to extend our services beyond to the entire Lagos State and indeed the country at large.
