Merton Centre for Independent Living

Merton Centre for Independent Living (Merton CIL) provides a range of free and supportive services to Deaf and Disabled People living within the London Borough of Merton. Merton CIL is the only user-led, pan-Disability Deaf and Disabled Peoples Organisation in Merton. We delivered 1392 sessions of Advice and Advocacy support last year, covering benefits, community care, housing, health and hate crime against Deaf and Disabled People. We also run a monthly group called Craftivism and Chat which aims to reduce isolation and loneliness.
