Metamorphosis Teaching Learning Communities

MetamorphosisTLC was founded by Lucy West; co-author of Content-Focused Coaching. Lucy was formerly the Deputy Superintendent of nearly 200 schools in NYCs Region 9 after serving as Director of Mathematics in NYCs Community School District 2. As part of this work, Lucy developed content coaching; a research-based process for transforming schools into high performing multi-generational learning organizations. The company has grown into a team of master coaches who skillfully employ content coaching in the service of improving instruction to improve student learning. The MetamorphosisTLC systems approach to focusing on the instructional core inspires and equips educators at all levels to optimize performance throughout entire school communities.
