Metis Urban Housing Corporation (MUHC) is a Metis Nation of Alberta owned company that was incorporated in 1982 to provide affordable, adequate and appropriate rental housing for low and moderate income Metis (and other Aboriginal) families within the urban centres of Alberta. We believe that our first responsibility is to the families that use our services. To meet this responsibility, our approach is to use fair, equitable and innovative practices in the delivery of quality services. MUHC management believe an efficient and cooperative team approach within the Corporation, sensitive to and understanding of the cultural and social values of our tenants is the key to our success.
