These plans failed very quickly when the quality of the top Chinese wrecker manufacturers fell far short of the quality expected in North America and Europe. His only option was to bring manufacturing to China himself. Why build tow trucks? Mr. Wehbe has been an owner and operator of one of the largest fleets of tow trucks in Canada for more than 36 years. He and his family know tow trucks inside and out.
