The MGV Agroindustrial is an agribusiness company founded in 2015 in the region of Iturama MG, with the aim of producing and expanding peanut cultivation. Based on these premises, the entrepreneur, Vitor Montenegro Wanderley Junior, with extensive experience in the sugarcane and alcohol industry, conducted experiments in peanut cultivation in the Iturama region. According to studies, research, and evaluations by top consultants hired, the region showed potential to become a national producer of peanuts and derivatives. Peanuts are commonly used in crop rotation with other crops, such as sugarcane, as they enhance soil fertility during the intervals between sugarcane crop rotations. In this context, MGV developed a business model aimed at providing technical assistance and an integrated production system, allowing for traceability throughout the process with rigorous supervision, thus enabling support to partner farmers in the region in all productive aspects
