Our History MiChem Dynamics was established in the year 2014 by two entrepreneurs, Santie van Niekerk and Vinay Moodley who are both experts and qualified as microbiologists, auditors and laboratory quality management systems. The organisation was established out of a mutual dream and vision they shared. This dynamic organisation was founded on a blue print philosophy to save lives, change lives and create a better future for both their employees and customers alike. MiChem Dynamics firmly believes in investing and motivating its employees as the biggest assets by proving a conducive working culture, continuous skills development and well being.
