Michigan Community Action (MCA) is the association for the 27 Community Action Agencies (CAAs) in Michigan which provide multiple human service programs in all 83 counties throughout the state. For more than 40 years, MCA has served as an advocate for low income individuals and families. We promote solutions to poverty and promote community and economic development.
