Mid Essex ITT (Teacher Training)

Since 1994 Mid Essex ITT has successfully trained about 1,000 teachers. We are looking for ambitious trainee teachers who are passionate about their subject and have a desire to inspire young people of all abilities. Mid Essex is a school-based Initial Teacher Training scheme, offering a one year, full-time course. Many trainees on our fee-paying courses are eligible for a bursary or scholarship of up to 30,000. We also offer salaried courses too. We will train you to teach at a local, secondary school in Essex for four days of the week - for the fifth day, you will attend training at our central offices. After successfully completing the course, you will be awarded QTS and a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (ProfGCE), accredited by the University of Greenwich.
