Mid South Vending, Inc

In 1968, Mitchell J. Atkins began a small vending and coffee operation called Mid South Vending Inc. This idea came to him after seeing the need for a service-based company in the field of industrial vending. This idea of making service the main priority quickly propelled Mid South from one operation in Muscle Shoals, to the opening of the Decatur and Booneville, Mississippi facilities. Some forty years later it has been this vision of service that has placed Mid South as a vending leader in the tri-state region. Today, Mid South employs seventy people. We presently run twenty five routes in Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi. It is our goal to maintain our solid relationships in the business community, as well as developing new ones.
