MIDP

Malaysian Institute of Development for Professionals (MIDP) is a HRDF certified training provider which aims to facilitate the advancement of human capital in Malaysia by improving soft skills literacy. MIDP was founded in 2010, motivated by the passion to mainstream the culture and benefits of debating and public speaking in Malaysia. Appointed as the sole Advisor to the Malaysian Debate Council and engaged by the Ministry of Education to conduct a holistic reform on its largest national debating programme for the benefits of thousands of students across Malaysia. This great work led to the recognition of MIDP as the leading expert on debating and public speaking by the Ministry of Education in 2016.
