Midtfyns Bryghus

Midtfyns Bryghus was founded in 2004, and is housed in a disused butcher shop in Brobyvrk, from where the first beer is sent to the market in 2005. Initially, the brewery focuses on brewing beer of Scottish origin on license, producing the two beers Moulin Ale and Braveheart, which are the only beers the brewery offers in its first year of existence. In 2006, the brewery was taken over by the American Eddie Szweda, who today still owns the brewery. In the same year, Midtfyns Bryghus launches their Stout, Ale and Wheat.
