MSSCs mission statement is to provide efficient and high quality service within and o MIKI Group. Miki Shared Service Centre (MSSC) was established in February 2011, currently just over 5 years. Upon establishment of the company, we immediately started our mission, which was to set up Global Quotation Department to take over all quotation tasks from the sales offices in Japan and Asia. In the beginning, there were only 14 quotation staffs with 2 management and administration staffs. Slowly, we have expanded and at the moment, there are 190 staffs in MSSC. In addition to Global Quotation Department, others include Global Data & Tariff Department, Global Accounting Department, Global IT Service Department, Regional Inbound Department which consists of Group Hotel Operation, FIT Hotel Operation, E-Biz Maintenance, Network Operation UK, Network Operation France and SEA Operation.
