A military veteran in career transition has to move out of his/ her comfort zone of Fauji crowd and meet corporate professionals. Easier said than done, most Veterans ask me, Bhai, baat kya karni hai They want to grow but they lack the current buzzwords and sometimes the structure to phrase their intended conversations. What most dont realize is, that the only way to learn is to do, no easy way out. Get out there and talk to corporate Professionals, get off the high horse or the chair, get out there and talk We can learn and master this conversation also, what it takes is the willingness and humility to learn, again.
